Oh my god, you guys.
I hate myself so, so much. This week was terrible. That's why I haven't been on, I let you down :/ I hate this. Blaaaaaah.
I need someone to keep me on track. Ugh.
How do you guys do it? :/

  1. ask someone here to be your personal diet buddy that you can keep up with during the day. also, sometimes things have to just click. i can be in a rut with no control for a week and then suddenly be on top of the world. itll be ok! join a couple of us in our fast til thursday, gums/mint/water/drinks and soup!
