hi guys...i haven't posted on here in a LONG time. i've eaten so much and i've physically disgusted myself :( i'm considering the ABC diet though, and i'm gonna start some serious aerobics next week. i'll try to post more. i guess i haven't posted cause i've been embarrassed about how little self control i've had.
