i actually forgot about this site.
so, i found a great idea -
i'm only going to eat on days with a "u" - Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
and on the rest, fasting - Monday, Wednesday & Friday
pretty good idea, i think i can keep up with this one.
and then on the days i eat i'll try and keep it close to 500 cals,
i went on this site - here.
and it basically told me that i'll be able to be 120 lbs by the date of my prom, which is June 4th.
(i'm 148 btw)
So... we'll see.
i hope i can do this.
