For lowwwwwww cal meals?
Like...that I could eat for dinner?
I absolutely cannot get out of eating dinner, and it's killing me.
I'm allowed to make my own, but I have to sit down and eat when my mum is home and we're having dinner
So does anyone have any recipes/websites that do.
As much I have this love/hate thing with food, I'm so mpicky about what I will eat.
Some things just make me sick to look at, nevermind have to actually put in my body.
Urgh.

ReplyDeleteI like to eat - oatmeal (this is about 200-300 calories, depends on the amount of milk\quaker you add. personally i like buying instant oatmeal with cinammon - it's the best.)
Also, there's cream cheese (low-cal) and crackers with lettuce or cucumbers.
you can always have instant soup, or practically any kind of soup without potatoes or corn.
you can make salads - they alway look rich in content but are usually about 100 calories.
steamed vegetables are always good - you can have a lot of them on your plate and suffer from just about 100 calories or less.
